How to pay your annual assessment
ACH
An ACH Form is included in the Forms Page. Also you may log into the Premier Website at https://premiermanagementnc.com and go to the Owner Portal. If you have not previously signed up, you will need to set a new account which is pretty self explanatory with only a few steps. Once you are logged in, go to the Community Info Tab and click on Documents. Once there, you will find the Forms link under the Board Financials tab. You will find the ACH form there. Remember you will need to send a voided check to:

Log into you personal bank and pay this bill as you would pay any other.
