An ACH Form is included in the Forms Page. Also you may log into the Premier Website at https://premiermanagementnc.com and go to the Owner Portal. If you have not previously signed up, you will need to set a new account which is pretty self explanatory with only a few steps. Once you are logged in, go to the Community Info Tab and click on Documents. Once there, you will find the Forms link under the Board Financials tab. You will find the ACH form there. In keeping with the Objectives of our CCRs, we ask that you utilize the ARB form and explain the trees you plan to remove and any new plantings you might plan as well.
Owners of Lots bordering our newest neighbors have been asking if it's OK to build an 8' fence in lieu of the 6' restriction in the CCRs, and the only response I can officially provide is that the current CCRs do not allow for fences greater than 6'.
With your support, this is something we vote on and update.
All decks eventually wear out and need to be replaced and/or refurbished, and yes you are required to seek guidance for your specific changes from the ARB.
Built-Upon-Area (BUA) is a pre-determined NC State allocation of square footage of impervious surface-area per Lot. See CCR Amendment 10 dated 3/21/18.
